These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FreightExtract and PrettyBid (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Jack Pearson d/b/a SmallTimeHoldings ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

FreightExtract and PrettyBid are AI-powered document processing tools. You upload or forward documents, and our systems use artificial intelligence to classify, extract, and structure the data contained in them.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Credits & Payment

• New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased at any time. The current rate is displayed at checkout.
• Credits never expire.
• All purchases are final. No refunds except where required by law.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

4. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

The Services use artificial intelligence to extract data from documents. AI-generated output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before relying on it for business decisions, regulatory filings, or any other purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated results.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all documents you upload and data extracted from them. We do not sell your data. We process your documents solely to provide the Services to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload documents you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Services.
• Resell access to the Services without our written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
